Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist to a man who cannot read or write in english and therefore doesn't need a computer.
He is in pain but doesn't feel he should have to go to hospital for it.
I sent an appointment request early in the morning for my daughter and got a face to face appointment within 3hours. We saw a fantatsic Dr. Dr Morris who was a pleasure to see. She was friendly and welcoming and dealt with lucy in a lovely way. She made lucy feel at ease and gave us the information we needed. We didn't feel rushed and she spent time reassuring lucy which as a mother was lovely to see. Please could you make sure Dr Morris receives this compliment as i am aware people are very quick to complain and not enough postive feedback sometimes.
I brought my son in on 6th February with, what transpired an ear infection. We were given a spray which has helped with the infection. He now has only partial hearing. I have spent over 45 minutes hanging on a phone to then be asked to fill in an online form, which I have been trying to do all day! It shows a message that the online forms are not available. I asked the unhelpful receptionist how do you get an appointment if you don't have online facilities to be told phones open at 8am tomorrow. My son is having trouble hearing in school. The receptionist then offers me an appointment for 17th March, 23 days away!!!
Absolutely disgusting. So for 23 days he can't hear at school. All I have asked for is ti have some sort of referral for a hearing test. He just needs a hearing test.!
I attended the acute illness clinic within an hour of completing the online form.
I waited about 30mins as the GPs were running late but that’s far better than the horror stories of waiting 3 weeks to see a doctor at other surgeries.
I had completed online form giving an outline of my problem. Saw nurse quickly for obs and I was listened to by GP.

I would like to congratulate a receptionist called Tina she helped me out with a situation where l was totally lost, with out her help l would not off seen the nurse for blood test and then to be forward to talking to the Dr
